Thermomix Order Process
First of all, congratulations on your purchase decision! 🥳 You can choose one of the methods below to easily place your order. In both methods, 6 installments can be applied to your credit card for the cash price and the card information will be entered by you personally via a link sent to you.
Consultant Support: We can handle your ordering processes on your behalf by contacting our consultant. (Make sure to use this method for your corporate requests)
Create Your Own Order: You can also place your order yourself, following our step-by-step instructions.
Note: To receive the gifts of the month and benefit from lifetime free consultant support, do not forget to write the code TM1830 in the "Consultant ID" box when ordering. We also recommend that you receive our product training!
Create your own order
Membership step: By clicking on the link below, you will be connected to the Vorwerk system on a new page. Enter your name-surname, TR ID number and e-mail address to create a membership. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you within 1 minute. Activate your account by clicking on the long link in the incoming e-mail and start the ordering process.

Cart Transactions
Cart Transactions: After logging in,
Products ➡️ Thermomix TM6 ➡️ Go to Shop ➡️ Add to Cart ➡️ Checkout ➡️ You can complete your cart transactions by pressing the Checkout button again. If you have additional accessories, you can add them to the cart as well.

Invoice Transactions
1. Invoice Information: Fill in your invoice information completely in this section. The detailed address information box cannot be left blank; you can add a short description of your address (for example, "across from the school", "security can pick up", etc.). Corporate invoice transactions must be made in consultation with our consultant.
Important: You must enter TM1830 in the “Thermomix Consultant ID (optional)” box. It is required for both lifetime support and free consultancy service, and for the current month’s gift to be automatically sent to you. (You do not need to add the month’s gift to your cart)
Leave the “Thermomix Introduction Reference (optional)” box blank and click Next.
Delivery Procedures
2. Delivery Procedures: If your product will be delivered to the same address as the billing address, the information will be filled in automatically. After checking, you can click Next . If the delivery address is different, you can enter the new address information and move on to section 3. This section is related to the transportation process and there is only one option; You can move on to the payment section by clicking Next .
Payment Transactions
A - Bank Transfer/EFT: If you choose this option, you can pay your fee by bank transfer or EFT by writing your order number in the description section after the order process is completed. You can find the bank account numbers at the bottom of the order page. You must send us your receipt by clicking on the WhatsApp icon at the bottom of the page.
B - Mail Order: If you are going to pay in installments without interest and will be using a card from a bank other than Akbank, World and Bonus cards, you can choose this option. The payment link will be sent to you with an SMS titled VORWERK after 17:00 for orders placed before 16:00 on weekdays and on the morning of the first business day for orders placed on weekends and public holidays after the order is completed. Take a screenshot of the payment screen and send it to our consultant by clicking on the WhatsApp button at the bottom of the page with your order number.
C - Single Payment with Credit Card / Debit Card: If you want to make a single payment, please select this option.
D - Installment Options: This option can only be used for online instant installment payments with Akbank, World and Bonus cards. You can choose up to 6 installments without any interest.
Continue by pressing the Next button at the bottom.
Order Finalization
"I have read and approve the Preliminary Information Form and Distance Sales Agreement" . To give this approval, click the box at the beginning to finalize the order.
Payment Options:
Options A and B: Your order will be completed and order information will be sent to you via e-mail.
Options C and D: You will be directed to the secure banking page. You can complete the transaction by entering your card information.
After your order is completed, you can track your order status from your account page. After you receive your order, be sure to call us to receive installation and usage training.
