Materials

  • 150 g red lentils

  • 80 g potatoes, cut into pieces (2-3 cm)

  • 60 g carrots, cut into pieces (2-3 cm)

  • 10g celery stalk, cut into pieces (2cm), optional

  • 350 g chicken stock or 350 g water

  • 675 g water, room temperature

  • 40 - 80 g onion, halved

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp salt, according to taste

  • 35g butter, cut into pieces

Preparation

Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid and weigh the red lentils in. Wash and drain the red lentils thoroughly.

  1. Place washed and drained lentils, potatoes, carrots, onions, celery, chicken stock and water in a mixing bowl and cook for 27 min/120°C/speed 1 .

  2. Add black pepper, salt and butter and mix by breaking up for 1 min/speed 8. Serve hot.
