Materials

  • 400 g beetroot, raw, peeled, cut into pieces (3-4 cm)

  • 100 g carrots, cut into small pieces (2-3 cm)

  • 20 g onion (optional)

  • 1 green apple, quartered, cored

  • 2 - 3 sprigs of fresh coriander, leaves only


    or 2 - 3 sprigs of fresh parsley, parsley, leaves only

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 10 - 20 g lemon juice

  • ¼ tsp salt, adjust to your taste

  • 1 pinch of black pepper, to taste (optional)

  • 1 pinch of sugar, to taste (optional)

Preparation

In a mixing bowl, put the beetroot, carrot, onion, apple, coriander, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and sugar, chop for 5-8 sec/speed 5 and serve.
